BIG IDEA: Certain things should be true of all churches.
First, we’re to be known for biblical faithfulness and love.
Second, we’re to define success the way God does.
Third, we're to become countercultural, not culture bound.
What does all this mean for Landmark Church?
We must do the hard work of applying the lessons of church history to our context.
We must resist any nostalgia (sentimental longing for the past) that quashes creative ways to address current needs.
We must embrace being “exiles” until Jesus returns.
